Avo Chickpea Mash Sandwich


This sandwich is literally overflowing with goodness and is super easy to whip up! Loaded up with healthy fats too to keep your skin and hair ~glowing~


You can make extra mash too for the next day or to use in a wrap!

Ingredients:

2 pieces of bread

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup chickpeas

1 clove of garlic

1 tsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tomato

slice of red onion

handful of sprouts


Instructions:

  1. Toast two pieces of bread.

  2. Place chickpeas, avocado, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl and mash together with a fork until well combined

  3. Rub garlic clove on both pieces of toasted bread.

  4. Add mash to bread slice and layer on tomato, onion, and sprouts.

  5. Smash together and enjoy!
