Ingredients:
2 pieces of bread
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tomato
slice of red onion
handful of sprouts
Instructions:
Toast two pieces of bread.
Place chickpeas, avocado, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl and mash together with a fork until well combined
Rub garlic clove on both pieces of toasted bread.
Add mash to bread slice and layer on tomato, onion, and sprouts.
Smash together and enjoy!
