Banana Oat Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of rolled oats (I used One Degree Organic Foods)

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Orgain)


Instructions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until batter is completely smooth.

  3. Bring a non-stick pan to medium heat.

  4. Pour your batter in a circle on the skillet and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Top with fruit, syrup or honey and enjoy!
