Cassava Flour Waffles

These waffles are both gluten free and oil free (not counting oil spray if you don't have a no stick waffle iron!), and they are super tasty!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of cassava flour

1 1/2 cups of unsweet almond milk

3 tbs of stevia

2 tbs unsweet applesauce

1/2 tsp baking powder

dash of vanilla

dash of cinnamon

dash of salt


Instructions:

  1. Mix up all of your ingredients while your waffle maker heats up.

  2. Pour into waffle maker for a few minutes (if it isn't non - stick, you will need to spray it! I use an olive oil spray!).

  3. When your waffles look golden brown and cooked to your preference, use a fork to pull it out gently.

  4. Top with your fav toppings! I usually go for fruit with maple syrup or agave, but I also like granola, peanut butter, or chocolate chips as toppings!
