Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas (rinsed and dried)
2.5 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Throw all your ingredients into a blender and blend on high.
Slowly add water until desired consistency. I started with about 1/4 cup and added a little more to make it smoother.
When hummus is smooth and at your desired consistency, remove from blender and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, some cacao nibs, and bee pollen (optional)
Enjoy with fruit, fruit chips, rice cakes, or whatever!
