Chocolate Mocha Chia Pudding

Hello!! I've been so busy lately that prepping breakfast the night before has been a MUST. And its especially nice when you can get your coffee and breakfast in all at the same time!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (+ 1tsp of cacao powder if you want it extra chocolate-y)

1-2 squirts of liquid stevia (or other sweetener)

1 tsp cold brew concentrate (I use Javy Coffee)

1 tsp maca powder

1/2 cup plant mylk of choice (I use almond)


Toppings:

I used banana, granola, cacao nibs, and some chocolate granola butter, but coconut flakes, peanut butter, hemp seeds, cashews, or whatever you want are all great too!


Instructions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in Tupperware or a jar and mix thoroughly.

  2. Place in the fridge and allow to sit for at least 5 hours - I usually just do it overnight. If it comes out a little too thick just add in a little more liquid and mix thoroughly.

  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
