Chocolate Tahini Proats

Huge oats girl here and this is one of my new favorite combos. Creamy, chocolate-y and packed with protein this makes for the best filling breakfast!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup water

1/4 - 1/3 cup plant milk of choice (I usually use almond)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1/2 tsp cacao powder if you like extra chocolate

1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (I usually use monkfruit)


Topping:

1/2 tbsp tahini

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

1 banana


Instructions:

  1. Combine half cup of rolled oats with half cup of water. Stir together and microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in protein, sweetener and milk (adding liquid to desired consistency).

  3. Microwave for 1 more minute.

  4. Add more milk if desired.

  5. Top with tahini, cacao nibs, and banana and enjoy.
