Chocolatey Pumpkin Muffins


This sweet and tasty recipe is here just in time for the end of fall! Enjoy your Thanksgiving by making some of these muffins! Made with organic brown rice flour from One Degree Organics this treat is gluten free and made with the best! This is my favorite brand for healthy and organic grains and products!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup pumpkin puree

2/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup plant based milk

3 tbsp vegan butter

1/3 cup chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. Mix your flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add in pumpkin, syrup, milk, and butter and stir well.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Distribute evenly into a muffin pan.

  6. Top with more chocolate chips

  7. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool before enjoying!
