Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
2 tbsp buffalo sauce - I use a buffalo sauce from Public Goods (shop here or use code SIMPLYRADISHINGPGA for 15% off your first order!!)
salt
garlic powder
paprika
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450.
Toss chickpeas in oil, garlic, salt, and paprika.
Spread out the chickpeas on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove chickpeas from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce.
Spread back out on the sheet, and bake for 15 more minutes.
Allow the chickpeas to cool and crisp before eating!
