Ingredients:
dry:
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp Vandam cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Vandam ginger
2 pinches of salt
wet:
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup grapeseed, avocado, or coconut oil (melted)
1 cup almond milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and mix thoroughly.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry bowl and mix thoroughly.
Line a muffin tin or spray with oil, then pour mix in filling up 3/4 of the mold.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out smoothly
Wait for them to cool before enjoying!
