This green smoothie will give you that perfect energy boost, while being super sweet and refreshing!
I love meal prepping smoothies to have for breakfasts throughout the week so I usually double or triple my recipes, freeze in jars, and thaw overnight to eat for breakfast the next morning!
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 small apple
2 large romaine leaves
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp stevia
1/2 cup soy milk
Instructions:
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth :)
