High Protein Chocolate Mousse

Looking for a healthy protein packed dessert? This mousse is easy to make and soooo good! Made with Nasoya** silken tofu and only a couple more ingredients :) let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

1 block of Nasoya Silken Tofu

1 dairy-free dark chocolate bar (I use Lily's)

2 tbsp dairy free milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener

optional: strawberries for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Break up chocolate bar and microwave for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Add milk to chocolate and stir in. Microwave for 20 more seconds. Remove and stir.

  2. Combine tofu, melted chocolate, cacao powder, and monfruit sweetener into blender and blend until well combined.

  3. Add mixture to bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. Top with strawberries and enjoy!
