Hot Chocolate Baked Oats

I've been trying to get a little creative with my holiday cooking so I decided to combine it with my oat OBSESSION. I made these baked oats for a brunch with my friends, and they got raving reviews! Ingredients (serves 6):

2 medium ripe bananas (mashed)

2 cups oats

2 cups almond milk

3 tbs cacao powder

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup vegan marshmallows (I get mine at Trader Joe's)


Instructions:

  1. Mix up all your ingredients and pour into a (minus the marshmallows) and pour into a sprayed 8x8 baking pan.

  2. Bake at 350 for 40 min - when there are about 15 minutes left, sprinkle as many marshmallows as you would like on top and feel free to sprinkle on a few chocolate chips as well!

  3. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving!
