Kimchi isn't only super yummy and flavorful, but it also is so good for your gut! My favorite way to incorporate kimchi into my diet right now is in this fried rice dish!

Ingredients:
1/4 block of Nasoya Firm Tofu
1 cup riced cauliflower
1 cup mixed frozen veg
2 tbsp Nasoya Mild Kimchi **
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 tsp gochujang
1 clove minced garlic
Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a skillet on medium.
Cut tofu into blocks and press out water.
Place tofu and garlic in skillet and fry until the tofu begins to brown.
Add in rice and veggies then coconut aminos and gochujang.
Continue to fry in the pan for a few more minutes, thoroughly mixing.
Add in kimchi and fry for 1 more minute.
