Ingredients (serves 3-4):
3-4 serving rice noodles (about half a pack)
1 package of Nasoya Tofu Vegetable Dumplings - I like using the Thai Basil Dumplings linked here or Tofu Vegetable Dumplings linked here
optional: 1 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish
Sauce :
3 tbs miso
3 tbs maple syrup
3 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Cook rice noodles according to instructions on package.
While rice noodles cook, whisk together ingredients for sauce.
When noodles are soft, drain and return to pot. Add in sauce and set aside.
Cook dumplings according to instructions on package.
Add noodles and dumplings to plate, garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
