Ingredients:
1 banana
2 tbs creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
optional: seeds or coconut flakes
Instructions:
Slice banana.
Put peanut butter between two slices of banana.
Melt chocolate in microwave. Do 20 second intervals, adding coconut oil to make it more liquid-y.
Dip banana and peanut butter sandwiches in chocolate then roll in topping of choice - I used coconut flakes.
Place in the fridge or freezer to allow everything to set!
