Peanut Butter Granola

You've probably figured out by now that I looooove Pb Fit - I use it in my oatmeal and smoothies all the time, so it was time to finally get baking with it! This granola is crunchy, peanut-y, and way healthier than store bought!

As always, if you like this recipe, then snap a pic for insta and tag @simply__radishing for feature!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/3 crushed roasted peanuts

2 tbsp PB Fit

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375.

  2. Spread out a piece of parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

  3. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl, making sure that all the dry ingredients are completely coated with the maple syrup and applesauce.

  4. Spread your granola in a thin layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Granola should be golden so that it gets crunchy, but be careful not to burn it!

  5. The other trick to getting your granola super crunch is leaving it to sit out for about an hour before storing it in an airtight container - you want it to be totally cool before storing!
