Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

This smoothie is creamy and delicious like pumpkin pie in a cup! It honestly tastes more like a dessert than a smoothie - let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 frozen bananas

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbs maple syrup

1/2 tsp maca powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/3 cup - 1/2 cup dairy free milk (I usually use plain unsweetened almond milk)


Instructions

  1. Combine all your ingredients and blend until smooth!

  2. Add more milk if you want a more liquid consistency.

  3. Enjoy as a smoothie or add some toppings to make a bowl - I like mine with chia seeds and granola!
