Roasted Garlic Hummus

My go to hummus recipe - this is so flavorful and easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 bunch of garlic

1 can chickpeas

2 tbsp tahini

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lemon

pinch of salt

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Slice top off of garlic, wrap in foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

  4. De-shell chickpeas and place in blender.

  5. Add roasted garlic, lemon, tahini, olive oil, and spices.

  6. Blend until smooth, adding warm water by the tablespoon to smooth the texture.

  7. Store and enjoy!
