Hummus meets some of my favorite flavors for this spicy snack! Enjoy on a salad, in a wrap, or with some veggies, pita or tortilla chips!

Pictured below on the left, is my spicy cilantro lime hummus on a tostada with red cabbage, pickled onion, cilantro, and jalapeño!
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 tbsp tahini
juice from 1 lime
1 jalapeño
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
water to thin as needed
Instructions:
Combine all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick/ not creamy, slowly add water until you reach your desired smoothness and texture.
Top with jalapeño. pepitas, lime, cilantro and paprika and enjoy!
