If you are as peanut sauce obsessed as me, then this recipe is for you! This sauce is super easy to make and so so so yummy! As always, if you like this recipe, then snap a pic for insta and tag @simply__radishing for feature!
Ingredients:
sauce:
1 tbsp + 1 tsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 serving of noodles (I used chickpea noodles, but you could also do regular noodles or rice noodles!)
2 tbs cilantro
1 tsp sesame seeds
Optional: carrots, cabbage, spinach, red pepper flakes, jalapeno
Instructions:
Cook your noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and allow to cool.
While noodles are cooling, whisk together the ingredients for your sauce. If you want a thinner consistency, add more lime juice, water, or unsweet almond milk - this is my trick to getting the creamiest sauces and dressings!
Mix noodles and sauce and top with freshly chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
You can add other toppings as you like - if you want it extra spicy, I recommend red pepper flakes and jalapeno slices!
