Ingredients:
4 cups steel cut oats
1 cup of coconut
3/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/2 cup of craisins
3/4 applesauce
1/3 cup grapeseed oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 300.
Combine your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Add your wet ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spread out the mixture flat onto two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes then flip all of the granola and bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove parchment paper and bake for 20 more minutes.
Let cool for an hour before storing in airtight containers.
Enjoy on smoothie bowls or chia pudding!
