Teriyaki Tofu and Ginger Salad


Nasoya's Tofu Baked is one of my favorite ways to quickly add some protein to my meals. My favorite flavor right now is the Teriyaki and this salad is too yummy and healthy! Featuring a tasty and easy-to-make sesame ginger dressing :)

Ingredients:

1/2 block Nasoya Teriyaki Tofu Baked

3 cups shredded kale

1/2 cup shaved brussels sprouts

1/3 cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp scallions

1/3 cup edamame

2 tbsp slivered almonds

1 tsp sesame seeds


Dressing:

1 tbsp tahini

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp coconut aminos

1/2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger

water to thin (if needed)


Instructions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, adding small amounts of warm water if needed to thin.

  3. Pour on the dressing on the salad and enjoy :)
