The No-Running Cardio Workout

This HIIT style workout will have you SWEATING with no running involved! Not only will it get that blood pumping and heart rate boosted, but your legs will probably be pretty sore in the morning ;)


All you need is a jumprope and your phone! I use the Workout Timer app to time the intervals - 45 seconds of work and about 10 of rest!


The Workout:

  1. 45 seconds jumping rope

  2. 45 seconds of jump squats

  3. another 45 seconds of jumping rope

  4. 45 seconds jump lunges

  5. another 45 seconds of jumping rope

  6. 45 seconds of skater lunges

Repeat this circuit 4-5 times!
