This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite brunch places in Hilton Head - Nectar Farm Kitchen. Although the combo sounds a little weird, I promise its sooooo good!

Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite bread
1/2 large avocado
2 tbsp cashew butter
handful of arugula
sprinkle of bee pollen
sprinkle of nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Toast your bread.
Spread a tbsp of cashew butter onto each slice
Mash avocado on each slice.
Top with arugula, bee pollen, nooch, and salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!
