The Ultimate Guide to Overnight Oats - 12 Different Recipes

I've said this before, but I am literally overnight oat obsessed. I always have early mornings for work and religiously prep my oats the night before. Here are a few of my favorite oat combos!


Here's a list of the ingredients I used... the beauty of overnight oats is that the night before you just dump everything in a jar, shake it up, and you're ready to go in the morning! I always eat mine the following morning but they can last an extra day!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 scoop carrington farms coconut protein blend (or other protein powder of choice)

1 cup unsweet almond milk (or other non dairy milk)

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

2 tbs pumpkin puree

splash of vanilla

1 tbs sweetener of choice (i use stevia!)


Toppings: 1/2 banana, cacao nibs, walnuts

2. Coconut Matcha Oats - I like these ones because they have a little caffeine boost in them too from the matcha!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tbs sweetener of choice (I`always use stevia!)

1 tbs unsweet coconut flakes

3/4 cup coconut milk

splash of vanilla


Top with blueberries, 1/2 banana, almond butter drizzle, and a few more coconut flakes



3. Tropical Chia Oats - like a sweet mix between chia pudding and overnight oats!


Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 tbs coconut flakes

3/4 cup of coconut milk

1/4 cup mango (cut into small pieces)

1 tbs sweetener of choice (stevia for me!)

splash of vanilla


toppings: more mango, pomegranate seeds, and more coconut flakes!



4. Apple Cinnamon Oats - this literally is like apple pie in a jar and its soooo delicious!!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 apple - diced

1/2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

3/4 cup almond milk (or other dairy free milk)

1 tbs sweetener of choice

2 tbs walnuts for topping



5. PB&J Oats - the oats version of my favorite sandwich! a.k.a. like the easiest vegan sandwich ever.


Ingredients:

1/3 cup oats

1 tbs PB Fit

6 frozen strawberries - thawed and mashed

1 tsp stevia or other sweetener

1/2 cup almond milk (or other dairy free milk)

scoop of peanut butter and more strawberries for topping


6. Banana Bread Oats - the mashed banana in these oats make them super smooth and creamy :)


Ingredients:

1 ripe banana (mash half in the jar with the oats and save the other half as a topping)

1/3 cup of oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

shake of cinnamon

dash of vanilla

1 tsp sweetener of choice

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp walnuts

top with your other banana half and enjoy!



7. Double Chocolate Oats - the perfect recipe if you're a chocolate lover like me!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tsp cacao powder

1 tbsp sweetener of choice

dash of vanilla

1 tbs cacao nibs

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

top with 1/2 banana and some cherries (or berries!)


8. Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats - think about a reese's cup but in a jar... for breakfast!


Ingredients:

1/3 cup of oats

1 tbs of Chocolate PB Fit - if you don't have this flavor you can always use a tbs of PB Fit original and a little cacao powder

1/2 tsp maca powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tbsp stevia (or other sweetener of choice)

top with 1/2 banana, peanut butter, and some cacao nibs



9. Pink Chia Oats - these are so sweet its more like a dessert than breakfast!


Ingredients:

5 frozen strawberries (heat them up then mash them at the bottom of the jar)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 tbs chia seeds

3/4 cup unsweet almond milk

1 tsp sweetener of choice

dash of vanilla


Top with more strawberries, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, and a dollop of peanut butter



10. Blueberry Muffin Oats - another sweet baked good... in a jar! usually the frozen blueberries will turn everything a purple-y blue color!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

handful of frozen blueberries

1/2 tbs stevia or other sweetener

dash of cinnamon and vanilla

1 tbs walnuts


Top with more walnuts and blueberries and enjoy!



11. Carrot Cake Oats - get in those sneaky veggies with this sweet one!!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

one medium carrot finely grated

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 tbsp of stevia or other sweetener of choice

1 scoop protein powder

3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk


Top with banana and coconut flakes and enjoy!


12. Golden Coconut Turmeric Oats - this recipe is my current OBSESSION like as in my every morning oats recently (so special they got two pics!)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs coconut flakes

1 cup coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric

1 tbs stevia (or other sweetener)

dash of cinnamon


left is topped with mango and more coconut flakes and the right is topped with pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, and pepitas!
