Love sushi but don't have the time (or patience!) to actually roll it yourself? Well here's your solution! This sushi wrap is super easy to make and so yummy! It makes the perfect light summer lunch or snack too!

Ingredients:
1 nori/ seaweed wrap
1/4 cup white rice
1/2 block of Nasoya Sesame Ginger TofuBaked *
handful spring mix
1 tbsp pickled ginger
Optional: drizzle of soy sauce or sriracha
Instructions:
Place rice, tofu, spring mix, ginger, and sauce in wrap.
Roll it up and enjoy!
* This tofu is awesome becomes it comes already seasoned and is SO DELICIOUS - shop the tofu here.
** Any tofu will work for this recipe though - if you don't have the TofuBaked, bake or saute tofu in soy sauce and ginger for a similar result!
