You may have noticed by now that a lot of my favorite sweet treats involve vanilla and chai - basically my fav desert flavor combo. Using these flavors now to make this sweet, healthy, and refreshing desert!

Ingredients (makes 2-3 servings):
3 frozen bananas
2 dates
1 + 1/4 tsp chai spice blend**
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
*My Perfect Chai Spice Blend:
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground cloves
6 teaspoons ground ginger
store in an airtight container and enjoy!
Instructions:
Toss everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer.
I like topping mine with a few unsweetened coconut flakes and cacao nibs!
