If you love an iced chai latte on a warm day, then this recipe is for you! Its sweet and a little spicy making it so so so refreshing!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 small frozen apple
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp chai spice blend *
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder of choice 1
optional: 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice or a date to sweeten it up a little!
*My Perfect Chai Spice Blend:
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground cloves
6 teaspoons ground ginger
store in an airtight container and enjoy!
Instructions:
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth :)
