Vegan Ranch Dressing

I tend to make most of my own dressings, because they are healthier and it's easier to avoid extra fat, ingredients, and preservatives. When I was growing up, I ate ranch dressing on literally everything, and it was something I definitely missed going vegan. If you've felt the same way, then this recipe is for you :)

Ingredients:

1/2 vegan mayo

3 tbs unsweet almond milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/4 tsp paprika

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a jar and whisk until everything is mixed together

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more almond milk if you want a thinner consistency.

  3. Store in the fridge for about two weeks.
